oh, the places you'll go.


today is Dr.Seuss' 50th birthday, of which was paid homage by one of my favorite company's (seen above).

as i was recently in Springfield, MA's Quadrangle (home to the National Dr.Seuss Memorial), i thought i'd share a few pictures in tribute (more here).





and fear not, dear reader, while i have more than a few more lengthy posts up my sleeve, i leave you with the following Seuss-ian thought (which yours truly would clearly do well to take heed):

"so the writer who breeds more words than he needs, is making a chore for the reader who reads."
